Jason Feinstein, D.C.
Jason M. Feinstein received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, graduating with honors. He then joined Prescriptive Health Associates, where he quickly rose from Associate to Director of Chiropractic. Dr. Feinstein draws from his own personal experience with lower back pain to connect with his patients, understand their needs and help them feel at ease with treatments. Dr. J, as his patients refer to him, gets to know his patients individually and takes great pride in ensuring they have positive experiences and results with each and every office visit.
Richard Koffler, M.D.
Richard Koffler is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Koffler fulfilled his internship in internal medicine at Roosevelt Hospital and received his physical medicine and rehabilitation training from the Rusk Institute at NYU Medical Center. Dr. Koffler is a recognized leader in his field and is currently the medical director at three Manhattan-based health clinics. Dr. Koffler is also a certified Acupuncturist. As of 2017, Dr. Koffler is seeing qualified patients for the NY State medical marijuana program.
Jonathan Parra, D.C.
Dr. Jonathan Parra, a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and the University at Buffalo (where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition), is a multidisciplinary chiropractor. He specializes in neuromuscular conditions and functional movement. Dr. Parra utilizes a wide variety of chiropractic techniques (Diversified, Activator Method, SOT blocks) and functional rehabilitation exercises to create a personalized evidence-based treatment plan to both alleviate symptoms and help patients achieve their health goals.
As a lifelong learner, Dr. Parra furthers his knowledge continuously through advanced readings and podcasts about sport injuries, movement analysis, nutrition, and healthcare improvements. Growing up in New York City, Dr. Parra prides in being a dedicated part of the community. He has volunteered for a variety of services including health and educational seminars, scoliosis screenings, sporting events, and community gardens.
Dr. Parra is a dedicated NY Yankees fan and lives a highly active lifestyle. Some of his favorite pastimes include hiking, weightlifting, ice skating, swimming, and tennis.
Casey Pluchino PT, DPT
Casey Pluchino graduated from Saint Louis University, receiving her B.S. in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her time in school, she was an athlete that underwent injuries requiring rehabilitation through physical therapy. This experience pushed her to pursue her doctorate in PT. Throughout the course of her career, she has treated a wide variety of patients involving musculoskeletal and neurological diagnoses.
She utilizes a patient centered and evidence-based approach that incorporates both manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help patients achieve their goals. Dr. Casey believes that every person is unique with individual goals. Her aim is to work with each patient to provide the care and education that will enable a return to their optimal health and performance.
In her time away from the clinic, she enjoys playing golf and tennis, attending concerts and sporting events.
Joannie Campuzano, LAc
Fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. Joannie Campuzano looks after the diverse population of New York, NY. Being an acupuncturist, she is excited to bring her knowledge to Axon Health Associates, where she is committed to making each patient’s experience as comfortable and effective as possible.
Ms. Campuzano earned her bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York, Hunter College. Furthermore, she completed a master’s degree in traditional oriental medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Ms. Campuzano’s mission and purpose are to bring relief to her patients suffering from psycho-emotional issues, infertility, and chronic pain.
Her goal is to reconnect every single patient with their inner healing wisdom and to help them live a pain-free life full of meaning and joy. Outside of medicine, she loves going to community events, listening to music, and collecting crystals.
